DESCRIPTION
This class builds on the skills, experiences, and processes learned through Methods in Alternative Process I & II. It is an opportunity for students to sharpen these skills and explore the processes more fully. Through work on a chosen process, students will hone their workflow and customize their process to apply to their own work.
Students will have the opportunity to further explore processes such as Cyanotype, VanDyke, Kallitype, Platinum, SIlver, and Lith. Learn to research, test, and troubleshoot chosen variables and options within these processes. Through discussion, critique, and exploring contemporary alt-process work, students will learn methods and means for applying new aspects and techniques to their own work with intention to enhance their expression.
