Further develop your darkroom skills and explore the creative possibilities of working with black and white photography. Working in PCNW’s black and white darkrooms, students will experiment with advanced techniques including printing with fiber paper, chemical toning, solarization, and lumen prints. Students will also experiment with different film camera options from medium format to large format and will learn how printing choices play into one’s creative vision. Previous darkroom class or workshop experience is required.
