Join us for a unique one-day workshop with acclaimed photographic artist Barbara Bosworth. The workshop will begin with a group critique of student work, followed by a photographic outing at twilight into the natural world inspired by Bosworth's magical way of seeing. Enrollment is limited in what will be a wonderful opportunity to share work, gain insight, and explore together.
Bosworth’s work has been widely exhibited, in recent retrospectives at the Denver Art Museum in Colorado, Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts, the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C., and the Phoenix Art Museum in Arizona. Her monograph The Heavens (Radius Books) was released last year.
Masterclasses often run beyond the scheduled time. Participants are encouraged to plan accordingly if they wish to take full advantage of time spent with the artist.
In addition to leading the Masterclass, Barbara Bosworth will be giving a public lecture at PCNW on September 20, 2019 beginning at 6:30pm. The lecture is free with RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org or 206.720.7222 x0.
