The Advanced Color Projects course builds on the foundations that were established in Contemporary Color. The primary goal of the course is to create a single color project based on your vision and use of color photography as a means of expression. The course is designed to help you continually refine your understanding and use of meaningful color to create photographs and develop a cohesive project and/or portfolio. In addition to the project, the course also focuses on enhancing your skills critiquing and understanding color and color images. As such, this class requires the continued creation and sharing of new work throughout the quarter.
- Students should expect to spend several hours per week on assignments for this course, which may require use of PCNW facilities; view our Rental Rates for details about additional fees.
- Additional information about course expectations and required materials will be provided by the instructor at the start of the quarter.
