Join Artist Trust Program Manager Anna Teiche for a 2-hour workshop on all things finding, creating, and applying to opportunities to move your art career forward and get your work funded and out into the public. In this workshop, Anna will cover common types of opportunities available to artists, resources for finding them, and go over tips and tricks for putting together strong applications for grants and other applications while managing your workload, time, and energy. You’ll leave with the resources and knowledge needed to find and identify opportunities that feel right for your practice, and start preparing or revising your materials to submit competitive applications and proposals.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Anna Teiche is the Program Manager at Artist Trust, and a painter based in Seattle, WA. She holds an MFA in Painting & Drawing from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BFA in Art & Design from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Anna brings her experience as a practicing artist, and prior work as a lecturer in art to her current role at Artist Trust. Outside of her work and practice, Anna enjoys backpacking and hiking with her husband and dog, cooking, and exploring Washington state.
